Understanding the Full Picture

Design fees cover my professional services: creative direction, space planning, sourcing expertise, vendor management, and project coordination. They do not include furnishings, materials, freight, delivery, installation, or construction.

For full service projects, here’s what to expect for total investment:

  • A standard three-room project typically runs $95,000 to $125,000+(design fees+furnishings + logistics)

  • Furnishings budgets generally range form $15,000 to $55,000 per room depending on scope

  • A 12% procurement fee covers order management, tracking, inspection, and damage resolution

  • Freight, receiving, delivery, and installation run approximately 12-15% of the furnishings budget

This is not a “budget” service, and I’m honest about that. It’s a professional investment in how you will live for the next decade or more. If the numbers here feel right, we’re likely a great fit. If not, I’d rather save us both time.

Design that supports life as it changes.

You’re a great fit for this firm if:

  • You’re navigating a life transition: aging in place, empty nesting, caregiving , loss, or a new chapter

  • You value quality, comfort, and independence over trends

  • You can invest at the levels above and feel good about it

  • You want a clear process with a caring guide, not DIY advice

  • You respect professional expertise and communicate openly

  • You’re ready to make decisions and move forward

This may not be the right fit if:

  • Your need one room done for under $10,000 total

  • You’re look for renovation, construction, or new build services

  • You need the project completed in 1-2 months

  • You’re looking for decorating tips, organizing, or styling without full design

No judgement either way. I’d rather connect you with the right resource than waste your time.
