What to expect

  • A Pre-consultation questionnaire so iI understanding your situation before we meet

  • Up to 2 hours onsite walking your home, listening, and evaluating

  • Photography and documentation of every relevant space

  • 2D floor plan scan o f the spaces in scope

  • Discussion of function, mobility, lifestyle, hosting, aesthetics, and long-term needs

  • A follow up proposal with scope guidance, estimated investment, and my recommendation

Investment and Logistics

  • Investment: $750, paid in full at booking

  • Format:Onsite (preferred) or virtual

  • Duration: up to 2 hours

  • What you receive after:A written proposal with estimated design fees, scope summary, inspiration board, 2D floor plan, sample contract, and my professional recommendation
