The Story

I spent 27 years i n the Office of Senior Services creating programs that helped adults 55 and older live with dignity, connection and joy. Socialization. Nutrition. Fitness. Life Enrichment. I saw firsthand what happens when people’s environments stop supporting them, and what becomes possible when they do.

Design has always been part of how I think. I practiced it informally for a decade before launching my firm and I’m building this business on mastery, not guesswork. I will never fake it until I make it. Every recommendation I give is grounded in research, experience and care

Where It Comes From

My understanding of home comes from my family. My mother’s house was the gathering place. There was always food, always laughter, always a deck of cards within reach. Guests were welcomed. People were cared for. That is the standard i design to.

I’ve carried that awareness though travel(Ghana, Cuba, France, Germany, Dubai, Switzerland) through years of hosting, and through supporting my own mother through her journey with dementia. I know what it means when a home works for you. And I know what it costs when it doesn’t.

How I Work

I bring a hospitality-led approach to every project. That means I listen first. I pay attention to what you say, what you don’t say and what your daily routines reveal. I combine thinking with 27 years of project management and advocacy experience, so you get both creative vision and a structured, caring process.

I believe a room is never only a room. It’s a guide for how life will be lived inside it. My job is to make sure it guides you well.
